Testimonials are outrageously important for your business.  They give credibility.  They are social proof. They address concerns that are preventing a person from buying.  Following these 7 power questions, you can create testimonials that sell.

  1. What hesitations did you have about purchasing our product?
  2. What changes have you noticed in your _________? (quantifiable)
  3. What specific feature did you like best about our product or service?
  4. How have you benefited from our product or service?
  5. Would you recommend our product or service?  If so, why?
  6. Is there anything else you would like to add?
  7. Would you be willing to be interviewed by me at a later time?

Make Your Testimonial Amazing

  • Add their name, location, profession or website and a photo.
  • Give it a title/headline.
  • Bold key words that will stand out.
  • Ask for testimonials while your customer is using your product or service.
