- What hesitations did you have about purchasing our product?
- What changes have you noticed in your _________? (quantifiable)
- What specific feature did you like best about our product or service?
- How have you benefited from our product or service?
- Would you recommend our product or service? If so, why?
- Is there anything else you would like to add?
- Would you be willing to be interviewed by me at a later time?
Make Your Testimonial Amazing
- Add their name, location, profession or website and a photo.
- Give it a title/headline.
- Bold key words that will stand out.
- Ask for testimonials while your customer is using your product or service.
